Our Margarita is more than a classic β€” it’s a tribute to everything a true pizza should be. We start with our slow-fermented 00 dough, hand-stretched to create an airy, blistered crust that only a high-heat wood-fired oven can achieve. On top of this canvas goes our house San Marzano tomato sauce, bright, tangy, and cooked low to preserve its natural sweetness. We layer it with delicate slices of fior di latte that melt into creamy pockets, and finish with fresh basil torn moments before baking. As it enters the 430Β°C flame, the crust rises, the cheese caramelizes, and the basil releases its aroma β€” creating a pizza that’s simple, honest, and deeply flavorful.
